Air Handling Units for the marine segment continues to be one of the most demanding applications in terms of quality, reliability and safety. The challenges in the marine industry are to build highly specialized AHU systems for operation under extreme environmental conditions. Influences such as climate zones, seawater, explosion protection and service activities must be taken into account.

For more than 20 years, we have gained experience in the marine sector and have been able to install numerous central Air Handling Units on cruise ships or luxury yachts. In addition to the air conditioners, we design and produce customised and high quality Fan Coil Unit for the marine sector, to ensure a perfect indoor climate in cabins, public and service areas.

Offshore requirements are similar to those of shipbuilding, and we have developed custom-designed Air Handling Units to meet the needs of this sector.

Our equipment for the MARINE & OFFSHORE area is characterised by a robust and stable design, which can withstand a differential pressure of up to 3000 Pa. Our AHU equipment is also characterised by generous inspection and maintenance doors in panel thickness. The door profile is thermally insulated from inside and outside by plastic frames. We use high-quality, adjustable die-cast hinges in aluminium to fasten the door panels, and all door handles are provided with locks. On request, the units can be supplied factory-fitted with control systems and DX circuits and comply with the Atex guidelines, which ensures the highest safety standards.
